To verify compatibility quickly, please send us: (1) a clear photo of your machine (front panel with branding), (2) a photo of the handpiece/applicator, (3) a photo of the existing cartridge/part you want to replace (showing any labels or part numbers), and (4) the machine’s model name/number if visible.
Do you offer samples before bulk orders?
Yes. You can order a single piece as a sample to test compatibility and quality. Standard MOQ is 1 piece for most products. Sample orders ship within 24 hours via DHL/FedEx.
What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days to most countries. Express shipping (2-4 days) is available at an additional cost. All shipments include tracking.
