Are cartridges interchangeable between M8 and Gold machines?
No. M8 uses Morpheus8-type cartridges (12/24/40 Pin, rectangular base). Gold uses Secret RF-type cartridges (10/25/64 Pin, circular base). The Nano cartridge is universal and fits both. The two systems use different handpiece connectors.

What certifications do the machines have?
Both machines carry CE and ISO 13485 certifications. Full documentation (CE declaration, test reports, user manual) provided with every order. 12-month warranty on the main unit. Cartridges and handpieces are consumable items.
How many cartridges do I need to order with the machine?
The machine includes 4 starter tips (3 pin counts + 1 Nano). For a new clinic, we recommend ordering an additional 50 face cartridges (your main workhorse — 24 or 25 Pin), 20 eye cartridges (12 or 10 Pin), and 20 body cartridges (40 or 64 Pin). This covers approximately 90–100 treatments. Bulk discounts start at 50+ pieces per SKU.
What training and support is included?
Free online training via video call (1–2 hours): machine setup, parameter settings for each treatment area, cartridge loading, cleaning and maintenance, and treatment protocols. 12-month warranty on the machine. Lifetime technical support via WhatsApp and email.
