ND YAG Laser Treatment Tip — 1064nm / 532nm / 1320nm / 755nm

Replacement treatment tips for Q-switched ND YAG and Pico laser handpieces. Four wavelengths available: 1064nm (tattoo removal, carbon peel), 532nm (pigmentation, freckles), 1320nm (skin rejuvenation), and 755nm (Alexandrite wavelength for stubborn tattoos). Each tip converts the handpiece output to a specific wavelength and spot size.

1. 1064nm ND YAG Laser Treatment Tip

The fundamental ND YAG wavelength. Deepest penetration — reaches the dermis and subcutaneous tissue. The workhorse wavelength for tattoo removal and carbon peel treatments.

Parameter Specification
Wavelength 1064nm (near-infrared)
Penetration Depth ~4-6mm (deepest of all ND YAG wavelengths)
Primary Uses Tattoo removal (all colors except red/orange), carbon peel / black doll facial, dermal pigmentation
Availability In Stock

2. 532nm ND YAG Laser Treatment Tip

Frequency-doubled ND YAG (KTP crystal). Shorter wavelength targets superficial pigment with high precision.

Parameter Specification
Wavelength 532nm (green visible light)
Penetration Depth ~0.5-1mm (superficial)
Primary Uses Freckles, lentigo, age spots, red/orange tattoo ink, melasma, superficial pigmentation
Availability In Stock

3. 1320nm ND YAG Laser Treatment Tip

Longer-wavelength ND YAG variant. Targets water in the dermis for collagen remodeling — ideal for non-ablative skin rejuvenation.

Parameter Specification
Wavelength 1320nm (near-infrared)
Penetration Depth ~1-2mm (dermis)
Primary Uses Non-ablative skin rejuvenation, collagen remodeling, fine lines & wrinkles, acne scars
Availability In Stock

4. 755nm Alexandrite Laser Treatment Tip

Alexandrite wavelength. Used on Pico + Alex combo machines. Excellent for green/blue tattoo inks and lighter skin types.

Parameter Specification
Wavelength 755nm (near-infrared, Alexandrite)
Penetration Depth ~2-3mm
Primary Uses Green/blue tattoo ink removal, lighter skin types (Fitzpatrick I-III), stubborn tattoos resistant to 1064nm
Availability In Stock

Which Wavelength for Which Treatment?

Treatment Recommended Wavelength Why
Black / dark tattoo 1064nm Deep penetration, strongly absorbed by black ink
Red / orange tattoo 532nm Green light selectively absorbed by red pigment
Green / blue tattoo 755nm Alexandrite wavelength targets green/blue effectively
Carbon peel / Black doll 1064nm Shatters carbon particles, deep pore cleansing
Freckles / age spots 532nm Superficial melanin absorption
Skin rejuvenation 1320nm Dermal water absorption, collagen remodeling
Mixed-color tattoo 1064nm + 532nm + 755nm Combined approach for all ink colors

FAQ

Q: Are these tips interchangeable with my handpiece?

Most ND YAG handpieces support multiple wavelength tips. However, the tip mounting mechanism varies by machine brand. Send a photo of your handpiece tip mount for compatibility check.

Q: What's the difference between 1064nm and 755nm for tattoo removal?

1064nm is the standard ND YAG wavelength — best for black, dark blue, and deep tattoos. 755nm (Alexandrite) is better for green, light blue, and stubborn ink colors. Many clinics use both for complete tattoo coverage.

Q: How do I know when to replace my treatment tip?

Replace when you notice beam quality degradation, energy loss, or physical damage to the tip (scratches, cracks, coating deterioration). Tips are consumables — typical replacement interval depends on usage volume.
